NTT Data is currently looking for a MS Dynamics 365 Analyst for one of our clients in the public sector based in Brussels.

Context

The project already started in 2023, but the team wishes to add some additional functionalities to the application. As the team is too small to handle the volume of applications itself, there is a need to call on external consultants. They will supplement our internal team to bring the project to a successful conclusion
For the implementation of this MS Dynamics project, we are looking for MS Dynamics 365 consultants to assist our internal development team. The consultants will work closely in a mixed team with our internal staff. It is an existing application, developed in MS Dynamics 365 (customer Engagement). The additional functionalities must therefore be developed within the existing architecture.
The MS Dynamics 365 analyst must be able to map the described customer needs to MS Dynamics 365 functionalities and the already implemented customisations within the existing application. Our intention is to deviate as little as possible from what is possible by default within MS Dynamics 365 and to purchase as few third-party tools as possible. The analyst must ensure that we make the best choice for each implementation of each functionality. A thorough knowledge of Dynamics 365 seems appropriate to us.

Profile

At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
A thorough knowledge of MS Dynamics 365.
